Payment Methods- All orders must be paid in full at the time of shipping.
Credit Card We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa.
You can safely enter your entire credit card number using either our shopping cart, or our Order Form. Both means are submitted using our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. Once your order is received, your information is removed from the networked computer and is kept on a separate computer which can not be accessed by network or modem.
First time orders by credit card MUST be delivered to the SAME address as the credit card's billing address. After you have ordered from us once, we will be happy to ship to a different address.
Your credit card is not charged until your order is ready to be shipped. The exception to this is for custom orders or orders over $200.00. In these cases, your credit card will be charged a deposit of one half the total amount when your order is received. The balance will be charged when your order is ready to ship.
Check or Money Order We accept payment by personal/business/travelers checks or money orders in US dollars, drawn on a US bank.
Use the shopping cart to submit your order, selecting "Mail Check/Money Order", an invoice will be sent to the email address you have provided to us. You may then either select the link to pay online, or you may print a copy of the invoice to include with your check or money order and send it by US Mail.
Checks received by US Mail will be given up 7 days to clear before shipping the order and WILL cause a delay in your receiving the order. Please Note: We will charge a $25.00 fee on all returned checks.
COD We do not allow COD orders.
Purchase Orders and Accounts Applications are available for Universities and Museums interested in setting up a purchase order account. Proper paperwork needs to be submitted and approved prior to shipping your first order. Additional guidelines to those provided on the web site do apply.
Upon approval of your application, you will be assigned an account number and may then submit your purchase orders by FAX or US Mail. Payment is to be made by Invoice and expected within 30 days of the shipping date.
