Missing Pieces Or Damaged Items Although we try to ensure each order is shipped complete and that the materials are all correctly assembled and formed from time to time things may slip past. If an item you were charged for is missing, of if your receive an item that is broken or non-working we must be notified within 2 business days. We will confirm the order and ship any missing items at no additional cost.
Damaged Packages If you received your order and the package was damaged, we must be notified within 2 business days of receipt. Please retain the damaged itemsANDthe packaging they came in.
PRIORITY MAIL If you requested Priority Mail, and your order was received damaged, we will supply you with a form to fill out and may ask that the damaged items be returned.Do notsend merchandise back without authorization.
UPS If your order was shipped via UPS, you will need to contact us within 2 days, and the local office for UPS to request a damage inspection. Do not return merchandise without authorization.
Claims for damage willNOTbe honored if the above items are not adhered to.
Exchanges and Returns Grannd Companies has a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 30 days from receipt of your item. If you are unhappy with what your ordered for any reason, you may return it within the first 30 days, your credit card will be credited the amount of your item (shipping and handling excluded)when we receive the package. After 30 days a store credit for the amount of your item, or credit for the product total less a 10% re-stocking fee, with a $2.50 minimum charge will be made. Please contact us for an authorization numberPRIORreturning your merchandise. All items must be returned in new condition and in its original packing materials. All directions and literature which may have accompanied the item must be returned. All shipments should be well packed and sent insured. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns do not apply to custom and special orders, cut goods, books or patterns. We will not accept damaged goods within this guarantee, please see the item above concerning damaged items.
Unauthorized returns will either be refused and sent back to the shipper, or charged double re-stocking fees regardless of account credit or refund.
