Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt when paid by PayPal or credit card. Grannd Companies can not guarantee this service and delays will occur if the order is placed on a weekend, holiday, or any time after 3 PM (Eastern Standard Time).
Once an order is shipped it should be received within 5 - 10 business days, depending upon shipping method requested and location. Our offices are located in New Jersey.
Orders refused for delayed delivery without prior approval from Grannd Companies, will be liable for shipping charges plus a 10% (of net invoice) handling fee.
Additional Shipping Policies
UPS/FedEx 3-Day Select, UPS/FedEx 2 Day AM (no residential delivery), UPS/FedEx 2 Day, UPS/FedEx Next Day AM (no residential delivery) and UPS Next Day shipping are available at additional costs. If the method of delivery requested is not available to your location, the closest alternative will be used.Please Note:Upgrading the method of shipment to Next Day/Overnight, 2nd Day Air or 3rd Day Select, does not change how long it may take us to put your order together. It only reduces the travel time after your order leaves our shop.
Customs Information
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Grannd Companies, your are considered to importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift", but the cost of the items is still stated on the customs form. Currently, we are not able to describe the contents in any other way.
